Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:00 am until 7:00 PM. Friday 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
Current rates are $200 per 50-minute individual session and $235 per 50-minute couple session. Reduced fee services may be available to clients who can show a need. Rates are subject change annually.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What diagnoses are covered by my plan?
- What is the difference in coverage if I use an in-network vs. an out-of-network provider?
- What is my deductible (for out-of-network) and has it been met?
- Is there a limit to the number of sessions covered per year?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is prior approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced fee services for daytime (up to 3 PM) may be available on a limited basis. To receive a reduced fee clients are required to show a need, attend consistent weekly sessions and, as soon as it is determined that the client can reduce appointment frequency to every other week or less, the session fee increases back to standard rates. This allows me to offer a reduced rate to another client in need.
Clients may use cash or check at the time of the session for in-person appointments only. For credit card or HSA cards I use Ivy pay. Ivy pay is a HIPPA compliant, secure credit card processing service. I use your phone number to send a link where you input your own credit card information. I am able to charge your card the DAY OF your appointment. I never see or store your credit card information myself. The first fee will be charged at set-up. This is required to secure your first appointment.
I require 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment. Appointments can be cancelled via text (fastest), email or phone call. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Please note that insurance does not reimburse for missed appointments.
