$160 per 50-minute individual session, $185 per 50-minute couple session. Family session fees are determined on a client-specific basis.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is covered if I use an in-network vs. an out-of-network provider?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is prior approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced fee services for daytime (up to 3 PM) may be available on a limited basis. To receive a reduced fee clients are required to show a need, attend consistent weekly sessions and as soon as it is determined that the client can reduce appointment frequency to every other week, the session fee increases back to standard rates.
Clients may use cash, check, credit card or HSA card to pay appointment fees the DAY OF the scheduled appointment. I do require a credit card authorization form to be kept on file in order to secure appointments. This info can also be used to have the fee automatically charged as well.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Insurance does not reimburse for missed appointments.
