$145 per 50-minute individual session, $170 per 50-minute couple session. Family session fees are determined on a client-specific basis.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is covered if I use an in-network vs. an out-of-network provider?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is prior approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced fee services for daytime (up to 3 PM) are available on a limited basis. To receive a reduced fee clients are required to attend consistent weekly sessions. As soon as it is determined that the client can reduce appointment frequency to every other week, the session fee increases back to $125 for individuals and $145 for couples.
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. Clients may use a credit card authorization form to keep billing information on file. Appointments will automatically be charged to credit card accounts the morning of the appointment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Insurance does not reimburse for missed appointments.
